Our Full-Service Moving Service, unlike Hybrid Moving, includes the movers as well as our truck. You don’t have to worry about renting/learning to drive an enormous vehicle and you don’t have to stress about having to fill up the tank with diesel before you return the moving truck.

Whether you decide on the Hybrid or Full-Service Moving Services, Knight Moving Company is dedicated to making your move an easy and stress-free ordeal.

Yes. You can order and pay online, and your items can be delivered for free within the San Antonio area before or the same-day as your scheduled moving date.

We accept Cash, Cashier’s Checks or Money Orders, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover Credit Cards. We do not accept checks.

It is always best to give us a call as soon as possible to schedule your move. We schedule our movers on a first come, first serve basis, and cannot guarantee our moving services will be available on a short notice.

No. We pay our movers and charge our customers accordingly to the hours worked for every move. Every move is different - so it is impossible to determine a flat-rate on a move since no two moves are ever the same.

For a two-story move, No, there is not an extra charge. If our movers need to move you, loading or unloading, from the third floor or higher, then the hourly rate per mover will be slightly higher in order to accommodate the additional work and effort for our movers.

It is customary to tip movers, and although our movers are compensated above the industry-standard rate, tipping is completely up to you. If you feel our Knight Moving Company movers gave exceptional customer service and took care of you and your valuables, then a tip is greatly appreciated.

Yes. As a separate service, we can schedule our dedicated packing team to Pack or Unpack your belongings before or even the same day as your scheduled move.

Yes! Depending on availability and available manpower, of course. Give us a call for more information on same-day moving as soon as possible.

Absolutely. Tell us the closest date you think you're able to move. You can reschedule up to 48 hours in advance before your scheduled move at no charge..

Yes. Your scheduled move is fully refundable up to 48 hours before your move. For reservations cancelled within 48 hours, unless rescheduled at a later date, you will be charged one hour for each scheduled mover.

The individual that booked the job can file a claim.

If you have any claims, claims should be filed as soon as damage is discovered. It’s important to note that claims must be filed within 30 business days of the date of the scheduled move, during which the damage occurred.
